The TRX Suspension Training® System is a growing fitness sensation! Known for "all core all the time", TRX Suspension Training and the discipline of Pilates compliment each other perfectly. It is recommended that participants have some experience with the TRX Strap before joining Intermediate/Advanced classes. Please bring your sneakers & a BIG water bottle. (Class limited to 16 participants). Please contact the AFC at 3683-622 to reserve a strap for TRX classes if you are not already pre-registered and would like to "drop-in".
